Christopher D. Hession regularly represents and counsels corporate and individual clients in business and litigation matters.  Mr. Hession  provides our business and executive clients representation and counseling in complex commercial litigation matters involving equitable relief, breach of contract, business tort, fiduciary duty, shareholder rights, employment, intellectual property theft, unfair competition, e-commerce, construction lien, non-competition/non-solicitation, and real estate disputes.  Mr. Hession is also experienced at providing business-oriented legal advice on matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliance agreements, labor and employment issues, intellectual property, entity capitalization, stakeholder agreements, and entity formation, among others.

Mr. Hession's regularly represents established and emerging corporate and entrepreneurial organizations as well as their stakeholders, managers and executives. Mr. Hession represents clients from a variety of industries, including technology, professional services, manufacturing, health care, financial institutions, private investment groups, electronic commerce, and real estate development companies. Mr. Hession received his J.D. degree from DePaul University School of Law, his M.B.A. degree from DePaul University Kellstadt School of Business and his B.S. degree in Marketing from Indiana University Kelly School of Business. Mr. Hession is licensed to practice before the Illinois Supreme Court, the Colorado Supreme Court, and the Northern District of Illinois.  Chris serves on the board of directors of the Indiana University Kelly School of Business Alumni Association (Chicago).
